About the Role:
Do you enjoy bringing people together to explore and celebrate outcomes? Our Donor Relations team is searching for a candidate energized to find new ways to introduce passionate supporters to the impact that giving can make for students at St. Olaf College.
What You’ll Do:
• Create meaningful in-person experiences that connect supporters with student outcomes and the mission of the college
• Try, test, and tailor effective approaches to recognize and engage donors working with partners across the college and our Advancement division
• Guide gifts through documentation and stewardship
• Help share the story of how giving changes lives at St. Olaf
Who You Are:
A successful candidate will have…
• A Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, events management, project management, or relevant experience
• A valid driver’s license and meet St. Olaf College driver authorization criteria with a satisfactory driving record
It will be helpful if you also have…
• Experience with donor events and communications
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar customer relationship management software
• A talent for service and detail
• The ability to be self-motivated and team-oriented
