Your contribution to the team includes providing administrative support to and overseeing the management and operations of our busy, fast-paced Human Resources Department. What You’ll Do:

● Provide general office support for the Human Resources Department – greet and assist faculty, staff, students and visitors; answer and screen office phone calls and handle in-person inquiries; maintain the department email alias account;
● Manage department tasks and workflow to ensure work is completed accurately and timely
● Lead a team of student workers and oversee the administrative tasks assigned to them
● Monitor completion of new employee paperwork and college-required training modules
● Provide administrative support to the Vice President for Human Resources
● Perform data entry, run reports in Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and update the HR website and provide website support
● Track the budget, including paying invoices, keeping track of credit card expenses, and ordering supplies

Who You Are:

What you need:

You have 3+ years of administrative experience in an office environment, experience managing high volumes of data and working with spreadsheet and database systems; and a high school diploma or equivalent.

A helpful background includes:

You have a Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of administrative experience; experience working in a human resources environment and/or higher education; advanced technical skills; experience working with a HRIS.

Pay Rate - $21.00 per hour
